dia: beacon

I finally made it to the Dia:Beacon this past weekend and it is spectaculor. Every last detail is perfect. I would really recommend taking a daytrip there. The train ride takes 1.5 hours, and gives you plenty of time to enjoy the fabulous collection (as well as the grounds- its location is superb). It is a great daytrip that in total costs less than $30.
